We are growing and are now looking for an additional Sales and Business Development Manager Turbomachinery to develop our business in Sweden and Norway. We are developing our portfolio of clean solutions and the Sales and Business development manager will have a key role in expanding our business within the paper business as well as clean energy solutions, gas & steam turbines and compressors. Job responsibilities

  • Promote all aspects of Turbomachinery business – both New Equipment and PrimeServ aftermarket - business to customers within the Swedish and Norwegian markets.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of Order intake goals, plans and activities of Business unit Turbomachinery products/services in Sweden and Norway.
  • Drive the defined growth strategies.
  • Develop an excellent market and customer knowledge of the business opportunities in the area of responsibility.
  • Build positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Detailed understanding of Turbomachinery products, New Equipment and PrimeServ, primarily from a local market perspective, at both technical and commercial levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a high degree of customer satisfaction and intimacy orientation.
  • Excellent skills in communication, contracts negotiation, terms and condition design and legal implications, as well as intercultural skills.
  • Ability to interact with customer at the most senior level.
  • Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language, preferably Swedish or Norwegian.
  • Good understanding of paper production business and/ or paper machines is a merit.
